Julie Johnson Interview

Julie Johnson brings to Offix a very strong background in customer service. Julie says, “With my background in customer service, I’m really good at problem solving and helping customers get what they need as far as service and how Offix works.” Recently promoted, Julie is now the Contract Administrator for Offix. She also assists the President and Vice President of Finance and Operations.

When Julie’s husband, also of Offix, told her that they were interviewing for a receptionist, she applied for the job and got it. She is really happy about being able to work at Offix, commenting, “We love it here. It’s great! It’s a family atmosphere and we are one big happy family. We have great company functions. There is always something challenging, but the people here make it fun.”

As with any position, there are challenges. Now she is concentrating on learning her new position, but she is getting excellent training from her supervisor, Kim, the former Contract Administrator. Soon, Julie will be on her own and in full charge of the contract administration duties.

When she first started at Offix, Julie dedicated herself to forging great working relationships with clients. She say, “Every time my clients need something, I’m the person they call.” Julie works very hard to find the best way to work with each and every customer, and the resulting benefits have shown that her efforts certainly pay off.

In summary, Julie shared, “I just have to say that Offix is the best place to work! I’ve worked for really, really large companies, in the past. I’ve worked for a division of Bank of America, where you were just a number. I’ve worked for really, really small companies before. I just like where Offix is; I like where it is going. Whenever there is a problem, everyone pitches in to try to help. Everyone works really well with everyone else. The owners sincerely care about their employees and their clients. I just can’t imagine working anywhere else!”
