When asked about his role as Solutions Specialist at Offix, Steven Kibler views it as taking care of the sales team and managing its members in their daily jobs and roles. But he does much more than that. With Steve’s strong background in IT, he understands every facet of Canon copiers and faxes, and assists clients with specifically tailored programming and networking which allow his customers to use their equipment in exactly the right way for their needs.
Steve comments, “We solve our customer’s document needs, which could range from copying to printing to document storage requirements. And we try to help bring down their cost of doing business.” By showing clients different ways to move away from desktop printers, which have a high cost-per-page rate, Steve shows them how a copier can print at a much lower rate.
And Steve praises the expertise and drive within the Offix Service Department, saying “We are highly trained on the service side, and we keep our client’s copiers up and running better than any other company that I know of.” 100% of their technicians are ATSP Certified, which in itself, is a very strong selling point for the customer service that Offix delivers.
A plus is that Canon copiers produce the highest quality printing available. “If you look at Canon’s patent-base and how many patents it has done over the years, it is evident that Canon holds more patents than any other copier company, which shows,” he continues, “that their R&D is very strong and that they are always producing new and improved high quality copiers.” For instance, Canon also has products designed for the printing industry, presses which can meet the volume and quality needs of a production printing company.
