History
Offix was incorporated in 1999 by Stephen Valenta. Capitalizing on his nearly three decades of extensive industrial experience, Steve created a different type of company which focuses on finding customer solutions and providing best-in-class services.
With the vision to offer the best products and services to his customers, Steve chose to partner with Canon in early 2000, and later with Sharp in 2009. Since then, Offix has grown to a customer base of over 5,000 with a 94.5 % retention rate. Canon has recognized Offix as an “Award Winning National Canon Dealer” every year since its inception. In addition, OfficeDealer Magazine selected Offix to be one of its Elite Dealers in 2007.
Today Offix has two locations and employs a growing team of highly skilled industry-leading Association of Technical Professionals (ASTP) certified service technicians, administrative professionals, and attentive sales representatives.
