History

Offix was incorporated in 1999 by Stephen Valenta. Capitalizing on his nearly three decades of extensive industrial experience, Steve created a different type of company which focuses on finding customer solutions and providing best-in-class services.

With the vision to offer the best products and services to his customers, Steve chose to partner with Canon in early 2000, and later with Sharp in 2009. Since then, Offix has grown to a customer base of over 8,500 with a 94.5 % retention rate. Offix has been recognized by our customers, manufacturers, and industry leaders year after year, proving that hard work does not go unnoticed.  Every year since opening we have won multiple awards such as Canon Top Dealer, Canon Outstanding Partner, Oce Elite Dealer, Week in Imaging Elite Dealer, Canon Certificate of Commitment Gold Status, Canon Premier Gold Achiever, Canon Association of Technical Professionals ATSP Certification Award, Sharp Platinum Level Dealer Recognition and the Business of the Year at the 2012 Prince William Business Awards.
