As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to recruit, train and coach a team of Account Executives to successfully market and sell the full line of Office technology hardware and software solutions to small, medium, and large-sized companies.
Reporting directly to
the President, you will be responsible for motivating, managing and leading the
Sales Department. Responsibilities include mentoring and monitoring the team’s
activities, as well as boosting performance and increasing sales revenue. Other
duties include working to set strategic goals, visiting with customers off
site, helping implement new sales strategies and processes, and assisting in
closing business. Manages day-to-day employee relations, recruits,
interviews and hires sales professionals.

The ideal candidate will have:
· Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a verifiable track record of success in both sales and management are essential in this role
· A minimum of 5 years experience in the document management and printing or technology industry
· Prior supervisory or management experience
