Offix Acquires AmeriComp Imaging Solutions

Manassas, VA, August 22, 2007 — Offix of Manassas, Virginia, has acquired Alexandria, VA based AmeriComp Imaging Solutions. 

AmeriComp provides sales, service and supplies of HP, Canon, Brother, Lexmark, Okidata and Xerox laser printers and other reprographics. The ofices are consolidating to Offix’s facility in Manassas, VA. 

AmeriComp, which will now also offer a range of Canon wide-format and color printers, will continue to serve mid market customers in the Northern Virginia and Metro DC areas as a division of Offix located in Manassas, VA.
