We offer 100% equipment refund or exchange if your copier/ printer can’t be made to perform like new. We will replace it with a machine of equal or greater capability absolutely free.

If we fail to service your equipment within a 4 hour period (for 50ppm or more products) from the time you call, you will receive one month free (up to $500 on 50ppm or higher machines or up to $250 for 49ppm or lower machines) service including supplies based on your existing contract for that equipment.
If your equipment does not operate for a minimum of 95% of normal business hours in any year, we will credit your account for one month worth of service for that machine (equal to your contract allowance).
Employee turnover and retraining is every company’s nightmare, but it’s a reality. When you have new employees or the need for refresher courses on equipment, Offix is there to train at no additional charge.

Offix will provide a loaner of comparable existing equipment if downtime exceeds 24 - 48 business hours.
Offix will repair or exchange your equipment during its entire lifetime (or 7 years from last date of manufacturing) of active service within your office as long as the unit has been continually under contract with Offix.
