By using this free software, your business can continue to help troubleshoot device issues while managing your device remotely and limiting physical contact with MFPs and copiers. Additionally, the software can be used for remote trainings, presentations, and demos.
How To Get Started With Remote Operation Viewer
Getting set up is simple and can be done in six easy steps. Follow the instructions below to start remotely operating your device within minutes!
2. Select Your Product
Choose the imageRUNNER ADVANCE device(s) that you use and click the button labeled “Get Product Support.”
3. Download and Install
You can download and install the Remote Operation Viewer from the “Software” tab in the “Drivers & Downloads” section for your specific imageRUNNER ADVANCE device.
4. Open The Software
After you have installed the correct software, open the Remote Operation Viewer to set it up.
5. Enter Your Device Address
Enter your imageRUNNER ADVANCE IP address.
You can find the address by going to your device and clicking on (Settings/Registration) and then following the path [Preferences] → [Display Settings] → [IP Address Display Settings]. Press [On] → [OK] and your device’s IP address will appear at the bottom of the screen.
6. Remotely Operate Your Device
After entering the device’s IP address, the same display on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE will now appear on your desktop screen, enabling you to control your device remotely!
