Government Sales Regional Account Executive – NOVA Area

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our fast-paced sales team. This is an outside business to business government sales role that will include managing a portfolio of current Offix customers as well as developing new customers within a defined assignment.

As a Print Technology Professional, you will identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline workflow, increase operating efficiency and reduce operating costs for customers and prospective customers. Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to provide administrative support to our Norfolk office. This is an opportunity for someone to grow and progress within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greets and directs visitors
  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
  • Receives and forwards incoming mail
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Maintaining customer status in software system
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of customer supplies
  • Prepare all orders for supplies that come in via phone, email and remote monitoring
  • Responsible for customer care calls
  • Perform other projects/duties as assigned

Service Technician (Copier) Trainee – Entry Level Richmond VA

The Service Technician (Copier) Trainee is an entry level position that will learn to provide superior customer service by maintaining, servicing and repairing equipment at customer locations in the Richmond Area. The technician will have strong communication skills, excellent people skills and the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced changing environment. This is an opportunity for someone to grow and progress with the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

Offix will provide various training courses/programs to help further your knowledge and learn to:

  • Read and interpret specifications, blueprints, charts, and schematics to determine machine settings, adjustments, installation and assembly
  • Diagnose office equipment issues using a variety of testing devises and background knowledge
  • Demonstrate repair proficiencies on all equipment (digital copiers, faxes, printers etc.)
  • Converse intelligently with operators to ascertain problems prior to call or onsite visit
  • Troubleshoot repair job ensuring equipment has effectively been repaired
  • Write thorough and legible service reports ensuring all times from dispatch through to completion, parts used, parts needed to order, meter reading PM counts etc.
  • Accurately document all information
  • Maintain a neat and orderly car stock, requesting replacement parts/items as needed
  • Understand Offix’s service procedures, company policies and protocol with an excellent ability to follow through
  • Perform occasional miscellaneous duties/projects as needed

  • Continual growth of knowledge of Offix’s product & solutions offerings.
  • Participate in product/solutions demonstrations.
  • Update CRM system daily of all sales related activities.
