Community Involvement

In August 2023, Offix held a backpack and school supply donation with our 4 partner schools located in, Manassas, Richmond, Lynchburg, and Norfolk VA. Offix, LC donated a total of 132 backpacks, complete with all the essential school supplies with the help of our thoughtful staff members who enthusiastically stepped up to make their own contributions to the overall number. Students started the school year on the right foot thanks to their collective efforts.  Offix firmly believes in the importance of businesses being active members of the community.

November 2023, Offix staff members delivered Thanksgiving baskets with non-perishable food items to 4 different schools near each of our 4 office locations. The baskets were complete with all the ‘fixins’ for a classic Thanksgiving meal, less the turkey which was substituted with an exclusive gift card that can be redeemed at their local Walmart for a turkey, ham or fresh produce to complete their meal.  While this alone would be enough for those familiar with food insecurity, Offix caring staff members also enthusiastically stepped up to make their own contributions by donating things they typically have at their own family Thanksgiving meals.  These items were added to the baskets for the larger families.  The baskets were packed with love and delivered by the employees of each of the Offix offices.  Thanks to their collective efforts, baskets were furnished for 25 families, providing meals for 139 people this holiday season.

“If the dealer that is servicing your ship out equipment is also using CEO Juice, then this process will keep your service calls in sync. Your customer places a service call via eInfo or phone. We see that it’s a ship out and can automatically create the service call in their eAuto database. Then, when they close the call, we can close the call in your database. Particularly useful for those locations where the timezone is three hours ahead and the eInfo call is already three hours old before your team would normally notify the servicing dealer. We have the potential to add options to chase if SLAs are not being met, etc.”
