Office Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant  to work in our Gainesville office. The primary responsibilities are listed below:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify and accurately entering information into various computer programs
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
  • Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
  • Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or scanning
  • Combine data from various systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
  • Maintain accurate and thorough vendor records
  • Process supply orders from several sources
  • Check systems to accuracy
  • Prepare items for billing on a daily basis
  • Contributes to team and offers support when needed
  • Proactive problem solver and creative thinker
  • Ability to develop productive relationships and communicate effectively with management, peers, suppliers/vendors, and customers
  • Other duties as assigned
