As concern for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) grows, OFFIX has been monitoring how it has impacted our customers and the rest of the business community. Many companies have already taken the necessary precautions to protect their employees from the virus, OFFIX included. We have updated our guidelines and continue to remain open to support our customers that rely on us as their continue their business.
What We’re Doing to Help
OFFIX is continuing its operations without interruption to our customers to ensure that the businesses we support experience the least amount of disruption that they can.
- Our tech service and customer service are always available.
- We changed safety protocol for our staff when they leave the office. Our service technicians are now required to wipe down equipment before and after they handle it, and wear gloves/masks whenever necessary. Additionally, our representatives are encouraged to encouraged to utilize digital technology to meet with clients and handle paperwork.
- We’ve started a work from home program for those who are transitioning to telework and are still in need of document technology for their jobs. We are offering desktop printers and scanners at low monthly rates starting at $29.25!
